高浓度含盐废水的主要处理方法有反渗透、离子交换、蒸馏、稀释等,处理成本比较高,目前我公司正在对高含盐有机废水生物处理技术进行研发,废水中较高盐浓度对生物处理有抑制作用,针对利用污泥对高盐浓度的适应性,对微生物进行筛选和驯化,获得的嗜盐菌可承受较高盐度,使生物处理高含盐有机废水成为现实。高含盐有机废水生物处理技术采取的整体工艺流程为:废水首先经过调节池,然后经过物化的预处理(通常采用调节pH值、混凝、沉淀、电解、微电解等方法),而后加入预先培养好的嗜盐菌进行生物处理。嗜盐菌廉价,来源广,可以利用许多有机物(包括难降解和有毒物质)作为碳源,因此,利用嗜盐细菌处理高含盐量有机废水有广阔的应用前景。
