（一）管道分质供水概述
分质供水的净水工艺是对自来水的深度处理，它通过过滤、软水、膜分离（RO或NF）杀菌等特点，去除水中有害重金属、有机物、细菌及病毒等杂质，使其成为优质饮用净水（或纯净水），通过专设的特种卫生管道直接送入每家每户，供居民使用，与原有的自来水彻底分开，原自来水成为日杂用水。这种把两条管道分不同水质，供应饮用水和生活用水方式称作管道优质饮用净水，也称分质供水。
