    鲁森新风系统

 ;   鲁森新风系统是由风机、进风口、排风口及各种管道和接头组成。安装在吊顶内的风机通过管道与一系列的排风口相连,风机启动,使室内形成负压,室内受污染的空气经排风口及风机排往室外,室外新鲜空气便经安装在窗框上方(窗框与墙体之间)的进风口进入室内,从而使室内人员可呼吸到高品质的新鲜空气。

一、原理:

    鲁森新风系统是根据在密闭的室内一侧用专用设备向室内送新风,再从另一侧由专用设备向室外排出,在室内会形成“新风流动场”的原理,从而满足室内新风换气的需要。实施方案是:采用高压头、大流量小功率直流高速无刷电机带动离心风机、依靠机械强力由一侧向室内送风,由另一侧用专门设计的排风新风机向室外排出的方式强迫在系统内形成新风流动场。在送风的同时对进入室内的空气进新风过滤、灭毒、杀菌、增氧、预热(冬天)。排风经过主机时与新风进行热回收交换,回收大部分能量通过新风送回室内。借用大范围形成洁净空间的方案,保证进入室内的空气是洁净的。以此达到室内空气净化环境的目的。

二、优势:

    1)不用开窗也能享受大自然的新鲜空气;

    2)避免 “空调病”;

    3)避免室内家具、衣物发霉;

    4)清除室内装饰后长期缓释的有害气体,利于人体健康;

    5)调节室内湿度,节省取暖费用;

    6)有效排除室内各种细菌、病毒;

    7)超静音。

三、背景:

    在北欧斯堪的那维亚地区在讲究质量和能源节约的国家里,中央新风系统(VMC)存在至今已有50年历史了。70年代西班牙90%以上的新建住宅中装用VMC系统。1989年美国ASHRAE制定了“室内空气品质通风规范”。在德国,住宅通风系统已经与建筑物溶为一体,成为不可缺少的重要组成部分。2000年,欧盟统一了住宅通风标准。

    在中国,2002年1月1日室内空气污染控制规范诞生。非典、禽流感、肺结核等疾病的发生,使全世界对室内空气质量给予了高度的关注。

四、类型:

1单向流新风系统

    单向流系统是基于机械式通风系统三大原则的中央机械式排风与自然进风结合而形成的多元化通风系统,由风机、进风口、排风口及各种管道和接头组成的。安装在吊顶内的风机通过管道与一系列的排风口相连,风机启动,室内混浊的空气经安装在室内的吸风口通过风机排出室外,在室内形成几个有效的负压区,室内空气持续不断的向负压区流动并排出室外,室外新鲜空气由安装在窗框上方(窗框与墙体之间)的进风口不断的向室内补充,从而使您一直呼吸到高品质的新鲜空气。该新风系统的送风系统,但无须送风管道的连接,而排风管道一般安装于过道、卫生间等通常有吊顶的地方,基本上不额外占用空间。

2、双向流新风系统

    双向流新风系统是基于机械式通风系统三大原则的中央机械式送、排风系统,并且是对单向流新风系统有效的补充。在双向流系统的设计中排风主机与室内排风口的位置与单向流分布基本一致,不同的是双向流系统中的新风是由新风主机送入。新风主机通过管道与室内的空气分布器相连接,新风主机不断的把室外新风通过管道送入室内,以满足人们日常生活所需新鲜、有质量的空气。排风口与新风口都带有风量调节阀,通过主机的动力排与送来实现室内通风换气。

3、全热交换新风系统

   ; 全热交换新风系统是基于双向流新风系统的基础上改进的一种具有热回收功能的送排风系统。它的工作原理和双向流相同,不同的是送风和排风由一台主机完成,而且主机内部加了一个热交换模块,可快速吸热和放热,保证了与空气之间充分的热交换。排出室外的空气和送进室内的新风在这个全热交换装置里进行换热,从而达到回收冷量、热量的目的,节约了空调能源,在改善室内空气品质的基础上,尽量减少对室内温度的影响。

4、地送风系统

    由于二氧化碳比空气重,因此越接近地面含氧量越低,从节能方面来考虑,将新风系统安装在地面会得到更好的通风效果。从地板或墙底部送风口或上送风口所送冷风在地板表面上扩散开来,形成有组织的气流组织;并且在热源周围形成浮力尾流带走热量。由于风速较低,气流组织紊动平缓,没有大的涡流,因而室内工作区空气温度在水平方向上比较一致,而在垂直方向上分层,层高越大,这种现象越明显。由热源产生向上的尾流不仅可以带走热负荷,也将污浊的空气从工作区带到室内上方,由设在顶部的排风口排出。底部风口送出的新风,余热及污染物在浮力及气流组织的驱动力作用下向上运动,所以地送风新风系统能在室内工作区提供良好的空气品质。

    地送风虽然有一定的优点,但也有其一定的适用条件。一般适用于污染源与发热源相关的场所,且层高不低于2.5m,此时污浊空气才易于被浮力尾流带走;对房间的设计冷负荷也有一个上限,目前的研究表明,如果有足够的空间来大型送风散流装置的话,房间冷负荷可达120w/㎡,房间冷负荷过大,置换通风的动力能耗将显著加大,经济性下降;另外地送风装置占地、占空间的矛盾也更为突出。

    由此可见,根据新风系统安装环境的不同,选用的新风系统也会有些差异,只有选择适合自家的新风系统,才能达到最好的交换空气效果。

五、应用:

    新风系统应用范围:凡是有人长时间在其中活动、并且房间通风不畅的,有必要使用新风系统。

 

 ;   归结起来,户式新风系统(采用负压通风方式)适合用在换气次数较少的公寓、别墅、婴儿房等小空间场所;对于人群密集、活动较多、换气次数较多的KTV、网吧等娱乐场所;机房、宾馆、商场、工厂、写字楼、餐馆、银行、教室、幼儿园、医院病房等场所,最好使用新风机组,因为换气次数多,能量损失多,需要使用热回收新风系统。

六、安装流程:

    1、先将主机电源线从开关盒中接出;电源线无特殊要求时采用1.5mm^2铜芯线。

    2、用丝杆将主机吊装至指定位置,要求正,平,稳。

    3、与空调、水电管道以及其他设施的工作人员沟通,再次确定现场管路畅通与否,风口位置是否对其他设施造成影响,对图纸进行微调。

    4、安装管路系统,硬管每隔150cm设置一根吊卡,管路要求横平竖直,每个接头处抹PVC胶水。管路中有软管的区域,每隔70cm设置一根吊卡,吊卡螺栓采用全牙螺栓。

    5、下置式风口接管与吊顶齐平,侧处式风口与墙面齐平,安装完成后不用再切割管口,最后直接安装风口。

    6、管路与主机的连接;工程选用的管路与主机进排风口之间的连接选用变径或漏斗式大小头,接缝处用锡箔布粘胶带固定,要求:胶带粘贴平整,不能皱起,接缝要粘贴紧密,不能漏风,锡箔结合处需用扎带固定。

    7、主机与排风口之间根据图纸标注看是否加斜三通,为换气扇留排风口。

    8、主机与管路系统安装完毕后,与该工地电工联系,将拉线要求及开关安装位置确定,电话跟踪。

    9、主机及管路安装完后与该工地木工沟通,提出安装检修口的数据,位置并电话跟踪。

    10、如有窗禁安装,同样在主机及管路安装完后于相关人员沟通提出要求并电话跟踪。

    ;11、工程主体装修完成后,前往安装风口并对主机工作情况进行检查。

七、分类:

    按通风动力分类:自然通风 、机械通风;

    按照通风服务范围: 全面通风 、局部通风;

    按气流方向分类:送(进)、排风(烟);

    按通风目的分类: 一般换气通风、热风供暖、排毒与除尘、事故通风、防护式通风、建筑防排烟等;

    按动力所处的位置分类:动力集中式和动力分布式。

八、功能:

    第一,用室外的新鲜空气更新室内由于居住及生活过程而污染了的空气,以保持室内空气的洁净度达到某一最低标准的水平。
