CASS污水处理单元属SBR污水处理工艺系列,是在SBR间歇式好氧曝气生化处理池前设置厌氧生物选择区。进流污水首先进入生物选择区与曝气区回流污泥混合,混合后的污水进入曝气区,在有氧条件下,好氧活性污泥和硝化菌氧化分解污水中有机污染物,达到除碳、脱氮、除磷的目的。
CASS工艺特点
1、CASS工艺为序批式间歇运行,对水质、水量波动的适应性和操作运行的灵活性较大。 2、进流污水首先在反应器前端的生物选择器中与从曝气池回流的活性污泥混合,促进絮凝性细菌的生长,提高污泥活性,并抑制导致污泥膨胀的丝状菌繁殖,同时释放回流污泥中的聚磷和完成脱氮反硝化过程,混合液污水进入曝气池中进行BOD5好氧氧化分解,反硝化和适量吸磷。CASS污水处理工艺活性污泥沉降性能良好。能有效防止污泥膨胀,生化系统运行更加稳定可靠。 3、工艺流程短,土建投资低(无初沉池、二沉池及规模较大的回流污泥泵站),自动化程度高,布置紧凑,占地少,分期建设和扩建方便。
